Social Service observed by Bethany English Medium School, Puttur

Bethany English Medium School, Puttur, observed Social Service Week from January 19-24, 2026 championing the spirit of compassion and community service. The event commenced with an inspiring inaugural ceremony led by Headmistress Sr Anitha, highlighting the significance of social responsibility.

Students showcased their talents through captivating cultural performances, emphasizing the need for collective contributions to society. The highlight of the week was the students’ selfless efforts in collecting and donating essential items like rice, pulses, and toiletries to shelters, embodying the true essence of empathy and generosity.

This noble initiative not only supported the underprivileged but also instilled valuable lessons in kindness and altruism among the students, making it a truly enriching experience. The collected things were distributed to Little Flower school, Puttur, Ananda Ashram, Puttur, and five Hostel Children.
