Care for the care takers

A special workshop on “Teachers wellness and Stress Management” was held for teachers at Bethany English Medium School, Puttur, on January 26, 2026

Resource person Sr Dr Jwana Siqueira shared valuable insights with the teachers. She inspired the teachers to take care oneself as they called to be care takers. Sr Dr Jwana addressed challenges teachers face in classrooms and ways to manage children’s behavior positively. She guided on reducing mental stress in professional and personal life and maintaining mental balance. Teachers discussed practical problems they face and found solutions.
